Our commitment. We build and maintain this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard most courts and the U.S. Department of Justice look to under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Accessibility is part of how the site is designed, tested, and updated, not a one-time project.
What we have done. Every page uses semantic headings, landmarks, and a skip-to-content link so screen readers can navigate it. All text meets or exceeds the WCAG AA color-contrast ratio. Every image that carries meaning has a text alternative. The site can be operated entirely from a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator. Forms have labels and clear error messages. Animations honor your operating system's reduce-motion setting. The accessibility button in the corner of every page lets you enlarge text, switch to high contrast, underline links, stop motion, and switch to a plain readable font; your choices are saved on your device.
Assistive technology. The site is tested with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, with VoiceOver on iOS and macOS and with TalkBack on Android, using keyboard-only navigation and screen magnification.
Known limitations. Some documents provided by courts, insurers, or other third parties may be scanned images that a screen reader cannot read. If you need any content from this site in another format, we will provide it.
Request help or report a barrier. If any part of this site is difficult for you to use, or you would like information in large print, by phone, or in another accessible format, contact us and we will respond within two business days. Call (561) 785-9769, or use the contact form. Please tell us the page you were on and the problem you ran into. Reports of accessibility barriers are reviewed by the attorney responsible for this site.
Formal complaints. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, at ada.gov.
